Chat messages to the AI assistant. When you use the chat feature ("Ask the kitchen" / "Ask the bot"), your messages are sent to a server function on Lovable Cloud, which forwards them to Lovable AI Gateway. The underlying model is Google Gemini (google/gemini-2.5-flash), acting as a data processor. Conversations are not stored in any database on our side — they live only in your browser's memory during the session and are lost when you close the tab or reload. Email when contacting. If you email us, we process your email address and the contents of your message in order to reply. Bookings. Booking of initial calls is handled via an external service (Google Calendar). We do not store booking data ourselves — processing takes place at Google under Google's privacy policy. Cookies and localStorage. The site sets no cookies for marketing, analytics or tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar third-party analytics. The site currently stores no values in your browser's localStorage; the language choice follows the address. Because only strictly necessary storage is used, no consent banner is required. Fonts. The site's fonts (Archivo, Instrument Serif) are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may then see your IP address.
